Key to Renew, LLC was formed in 2008 with the vision of giving back to corporate America leadership and human resource professionals – being a confidante when their leadership role seems life consuming, being the mirror when their effectiveness seems faded, being the blue sky when their life’s potential seems just out of sight and being the engine when they just need to move forward.
The name of this company was chosen based on the concepts of the importance (the key) to renew (refresh, regenerate, refocus, reenergize, recreate, revive … grow, change, move forward) ourselves , the idea of opening up (the key) our perspectives, our hearts, our mind’s eye … to access thoughts, feelings & ideas about what’s possible yet in our life.Bottom line – Key to Renew is based on knowing it’s important to refresh our life, to open up to regenerate ourselves, to look inside to refocus on what’s important, to move forward to reenergize ourselves and others around us.
Heather leads her company by the following business ethics and values:
- Follow the general principles, protocols and integrity for the legal operation of a small service oriented business.
- Maintain confidentiality of current and former clients’ personal information and coaching content.
- Work within my certification, education and experience parameters. As needed, refer potential clients or current clients to other credentialed resources for help beyond my expertise.
- Honor and Respect the Presence of Spirituality
- Pay it Forward & Give Back
- Leave Others Better Than I Find Them
- Live in Versatility
- Re-energize Myself so that I may Re-energize Others
